We recently caught up with AAA Ambassador, Harry, to find out how he’s been coping with the challenges of stage 4 restrictions. ‘I’m thriving’, says Harry, which he admits is a response many people may not expect.
Harry is capitalising on the opportunities that the changing conditions have created, in the process of completing a double diploma at Swinburne University Richmond Institute in sports development and leadership and management. The diploma includes a requirement to complete 140 hrs of online work placement, of which Harry has achieved 132 hrs, exposing him to different industries, including operations, events, recruitment, education and much more.
We asked Harry how he’s been keeping fit and active when normal programs are not available. Being based in the Mornington Peninsula has meant he can engage in many activities, including running, tennis, cycling, walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean. We can’t wait until restrictions lift so that the Ambassadors team can meet up again.
