Updated COVID-19 Restrictions, July 2020:
Based on the legal directions from the Chief Health Officer, if you live in metropolitan Melbourne or the Shire of Mitchell, most sport and recreation programs cannot go ahead. You can only exercise or undertake sporting activities outside with one other person or household members. You must be able to keep 1.5 metres distance between yourself and others. Caregiving while exercising is allowed. Click here for more information.
If you are outside of these areas, some programs may be able to return.
We are in regular contact with State Sport Associations and other organisations that run inclusive sport and rec programs, and hope to have more programs back on this page as soon as possible.
In the meantime, check our Find an Activity For Home page, for heaps of different ways you can stay active and improve your sport skills from the comfort of your own home.
Please don't hesitate to email email@example.com or call 1800 222 842 if you have any questions.
